Core Usage Scenarios
Our lab grinding mills are fundamental for uniform sample pre-treatment in agricultural R&D, farm quality control, and environmental soil testing labs.
Plant & Crop Sample Processing: Knife mills shear fibrous samples including grains, seeds, straw, leaves, fruits, feed pellets, herbs and crop stalks into homogeneous fine powder. Prepared samples support NIR, ICP, HPLC analysis to test protein, fat, fiber, moisture, pesticide residues, heavy metal contaminants and nutrient content of agricultural products.
Soil & Fertilizer Grinding: Planetary ball mills and vibrating disc mills pulverize hard soil blocks, mineral fertilizers and organic compost down to analytical fineness (≤300μm). Homogenized soil samples enable accurate detection of soil pH, organic matter, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and toxic heavy metals for farmland fertility assessment and pollution monitoring.
Feed & Forage QC: Batch grinding of livestock feed to consistent particle sizes for nutrition standard compliance testing, eliminating uneven test results caused by uneven particle distribution.
